Plagly.ai provides AI content detection, plagiarism scanning, document readability analysis, AI humanization, and the Agentic Council multi-expert evaluation system. Our tools provide probabilistic assessments and statistical indicators to aid in content authenticity verification, not definitive legal determinations of authorship or plagiarism.

You retain full ownership of all documents, text, and data submitted to Plagly.ai. By uploading content, you grant Plagly.ai a limited, non-exclusive license solely to process, analyze, and generate reports for your document. We do not sell your documents, nor do we use user-submitted text or student essays to train public artificial intelligence models.

Plagly.ai offers both free and paid subscription plans: • Free Plan: 800 words/month with no credit card required. • Basic Plan: $4.99 for the first month (50% welcome discount), then $9.99/month (or $6.99/month billed annually). • Pro Plan: $29.99/month (or $20.99/month billed annually) including high word allowances, priority processing, API access, and the Agentic Council feature. You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of our detection engines; (b) launch automated scraping or abusive high-volume queries outside authorized API limits; (c) use the Platform for unlawful copyright infringement or academic fraud; (d) misrepresent statistical AI probability scores as definitive proof without corroborating human review.

AI text detection is probabilistic. Plagly.ai strongly advises educators, institutions, and employers to treat detection percentages as conversational entry points and exploratory flags, rather than sole punitive evidence. Plagly.ai disclaims liability for automated disciplinary actions taken without independent human review.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plagly.ai and Youlinker SIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, analysis inaccuracy, or service interruption.
